Please improve the scrolling on the tag pop-up menu. When I'm trying to add tags to my time blocks, sometimes the menu of tags is cut off if it's toward the top or bottom of the page. To fix this, I try scrolling up, but I can't scroll on the overall webpage and I also can't scroll far enough up on the menu to see the tag I need. Please fix this, thanks!
